Terms summary
The tester records and attests to the test. Psid transcribes those answers onto the selected form and records filing attempts. Delivery receipts and utility acceptance are separate events. Use of digital signatures depends on the receiving program’s rules.
Retention and deletion
Test records are not automatically deleted. Organization deletion includes a 30-day recovery period; final legal terms must explain retention obligations, backups and the treatment of previously shared documents.
