What is deferred, and what would unblock it
Each item below is genuinely not built. The point of this page is the condition that has to be true before it can be — not a date.
Deferred capabilities
- Detector assemblies (RPDA, DCDA, Type II)
- You can save one as a device today; test entry for it is not built. It is blocked on the form as much as on the app: Greenville Water’s report has no bypass columns, so there is nowhere to file a detector test even once entry exists. A second template with those columns unblocks both at once.
- Visual assemblies (AVB, air gap)
- Recordable as devices, with no test entry. A visual check is a judgement against a minimum separation, and Psid will not invent that number — the rule has to come from a published source we can cite, not from us.
- A second utility
- Every program has its own form, so coverage moves one program at a time. What unblocks one is its official blank PDF plus a measured field map checked against the printed page.
- Importing your existing book
- Not built. What it waits on is a decision we have not earned yet — what to do with a row that half-matches a customer you already have. Until that answer is good, an import that guesses is worse than typing.
- Sync between devices
- A draft lives on the device that took it. Real sync needs a conflict rule that a tester can understand while standing at a backflow, and Psid would rather hold one honest draft than silently pick a winner.
- Bluetooth gauge capture
- There is no Bluetooth code in Psid and no list of supported gauges. It waits on gauges we can actually test against.
- Integrations and a public API
- No QuickBooks, Jobber, Zapier, webhooks or public API. An API is a promise not to change shape, and the shape is still moving.
- Email and customer copies
- No mail provider is configured, so no screen offers to send anything. Sign-in links and password-reset mail are off for the same reason, and say so rather than claiming a message is on its way.
- Photos and stored documents
- No photo of a nameplate, no scanned certificate, no receipt. All three need file storage that this version does not have, and a control that stored nothing would be worse than none.
- Team invitations, admin and read-only roles
- Three roles exist — owner, tester and office. The other two are not built, and the settings screen does not list them as unavailable options.

Every deferred row in the app links here, and this page is text. A “request this feature” box that files into nothing is worse than no box, so the one way to ask is a mail link that really opens your mail client.
