Requesting a utility
Greenville Water is the only program whose form Psid can fill. You can still record tests for any utility — you just cannot generate that utility’s form yet.
Why one at a time
There is no generic backflow report. Each program publishes its own page, with its own boxes in its own positions, and a value placed three millimetres out is a form somebody rejects. So a template is built against one program’s actual printed form and checked against it.
Publishing a template means the render was checked against that printed form. It does not mean the program has reviewed Psid’s output. No utility has.
What we need from you
- The program’s name, and the county or city it covers.
- A link to the page where it publishes its blank report form.
- Whether it takes a filing by portal upload, email or paper — and, if you know, whether it accepts a typed signature.
- Roughly how many tests a year you file with it.
The last one is not a sales question. Programs are built in the order that clears the most typing for the most testers, and volume is how we tell.
What happens meanwhile
Record the tests anyway. Customers, sites, assemblies, readings, repairs and results are all saved the same way regardless of utility, and they keep their full history. When a template for your program is published, those records are already there to fill it with.
