The same customer, assembly and tester details land in different boxes on each supported utility’s published form.
Typing a serial number or certification again creates another chance for a mistake. Save those details once and check them on the filled form.
When a customer asks for the report later, retrieve the exact PDF you prepared. Keep separate proof that you delivered it to the utility.

Download and review the PDF, follow the utility’s current filing instructions, and keep proof of what you submitted. Greenville portal confirmations can be recorded in Psid; Spartanburg and Easley delivery proof stays outside it.
What the beta does
Psid fills the supported program’s published blank PDF and keeps its original artwork. We check field placement against rendered fixtures. Review the completed form and confirm the utility’s signing and filing requirements before sending it.
Enter RP, DC, PVB or SVB readings to one decimal. Psid shows pass or fail against its default criteria as you type; these are not a utility determination.
If the readings screen is already open, you can keep entering values when signal drops. Psid keeps a draft on that device when browser storage is available. Reconnect and upload it to save it to Psid.
Psid does not transmit reports. It gives you the filled PDF and copyable values; check the utility’s current filing method and submit it yourself. Greenville portal confirmations can be recorded in Psid; keep separate proof for other programs.
The filing packet freezes the values used on the form and preserves the PDF for later review. Keep proof of utility delivery separately.
The owner sees completed tests waiting for filing packets in one queue. An expired certification or gauge calibration holds a packet, judged against the test date.
The initial test stays immutable, the repair is its own entry, and only a pass moves the next-due date.
Coverage
Because each utility has its own form, coverage is published per program rather than claimed per state. Three templates are published today. Here is exactly where the rest stand as of September 2026.

Questions testers actually ask
For Greenville Water, Spartanburg Water and Easley Combined Utilities, yes. Psid uses each program’s published blank PDF, leaves its artwork untouched, and places your saved answers onto it.
The Greenville Water template is built from the blank form that program publishes, and every field position is checked against a rendered fixture suite. The same test always produces the same bytes.

No. Psid produces a filled PDF. For Greenville Water, sign in to its portal and check its current instructions. Spartanburg Water’s form gives a C&D Department return address and fax, plus tester and owner signature lines. Easley Combined Utilities’ form has a tester signature line but gives no submission route. Confirm each program’s current instructions before sending a report.
Greenville portal submissions can be recorded in Psid after you make them. Spartanburg and Easley packets are print-ready, but Psid does not record their delivery yet; keep your own delivery proof. Psid cannot independently verify utility receipt or acceptance.
The first 14 days are free, with no card or per-filing fee. New organizations start when setup creates the organization; existing free accounts get 14 days from the trial launch. After the deadline, you can still access existing records and PDFs, but creating or changing records requires Solo.
Solo is $49 per month or $470 per year when paid enrollment is available. An account owner must choose the interval and complete Stripe Checkout to start it. The trial does not convert automatically; a chosen Solo subscription renews until canceled.
If the readings screen is already open when signal drops, you can keep entering values. Psid holds a draft in that browser on that device when local storage is available. You cannot open the app without a connection.
Reconnect, press Upload draft and wait for Saved to Psid before leaving the screen. The local draft is not a completed test, a filing or a record synced to another device.
Not yet. Bluetooth gauge capture is on the roadmap and is not built — there is no Bluetooth code in Psid and no list of supported gauges.
Readings are typed. The fields take one decimal, the verdict updates as you type, and the numbers on the form are the numbers you entered.
Each organization currently has one owner login. That owner can record tests, review the filing queue and record Greenville portal submissions. Team invitations and separate tester or office logins are not available yet; Solo does not add them.

Not automatically. Spreadsheet import is on the roadmap and is not built, and neither is nameplate photo capture.
Customers, service sites and assemblies are entered by hand. Once an assembly is saved, its details are attached to every test you run on it, so you type them once.
