Why this test has no form yet

A completed test lands in “No template yet” for one of two reasons: the utility is not Greenville Water, or the assembly is a detector type that Greenville’s form has no columns for.

The utility has no published template

Psid can fill one program’s report: Greenville Water’s. A test recorded against any other utility is complete and permanent, and its readings, repairs and result are all kept — there is simply no form to render it onto yet.

The assembly is a detector type

RPDA, DCDA and Type II assemblies have a bypass meter, and Greenville Water’s report has no bypass columns. Even with test entry built, there would be nowhere on that form to put the result. This is a limit of the form, not of the record.

What you can do

  • File on paper or through the program’s own process, exactly as you do now.
  • Keep recording in Psid, so the history and the next-due date stay in one place.
  • Tell us the program — that is what decides which template is built next.
