Why this test has no form yet

A supported test without a published utility-and-assembly template can be completed, but Psid cannot produce its form. Detector and visual test entry is not built.

The utility has no published template

Psid can fill Greenville Water reports for RP, DC, PVB and SVB, and Spartanburg Water and Easley Combined Utilities reports for RP, DC and PVB. Tests for other programs are still complete and permanent, with readings, repairs and results saved, but have no published form to render onto yet.

Detector and visual assemblies

You can save an RPDA, DCDA, Type II, AVB or air gap as a device, but Psid cannot start or complete a test for it. Greenville Water’s and Easley Combined Utilities’ forms have no bypass fields. Spartanburg Water’s form lists DCDA, but Psid does not capture its bypass readings. Keep detector and visual tests in the utility’s existing process until Psid supports both entry and a suitable form.

What you can do

  • File on paper or through the program’s own process, exactly as you do now.
  • For RP, DC, PVB and SVB without a matching template, keep recording tests in Psid; their results and next-due dates are saved even without a report PDF.
  • For detector and visual assemblies, save the device details in Psid and track the tests and due date outside Psid for now.
  • Tell us the program — that is what decides which template is built next.
