File with Greenville Water

Psid produces the filled form and a packet of values you can paste into the portal. You do the uploading — Psid sends nothing, to anyone, ever.

Steps

  1. Open Queue in the rail. Every completed test with no filing record yet is here, grouped by utility.

  2. Press Review filing on a row.

    That creates the filing record: a frozen copy of exactly what was on the form at that moment, so a later edit to the customer’s name cannot quietly change what you filed.

  3. Check the form in the preview, then press Download PDF or Print packet.

  4. Press Open Greenville Water portal, which opens their site in a new tab.

    Greenville Water directs reports to backflow.greenvillewater.com. Psid does not log in there for you and holds no credentials for it.

  5. Upload the PDF, or paste the values across using the Copy buttons.

What Psid does not do here

  • It does not submit to the portal for you, and it has no account there.
  • It does not email or text the utility, the customer or anyone else. No mail provider is configured, so no screen offers to send anything.
  • It does not file in bulk. The queue has no checkboxes, because one confirmation number belongs to one report.

A filing record means Psid froze what was on the form. It does not mean the utility has it. That only becomes true when you record the confirmation.
