Account and sign-in help
Use email and password to sign in, then complete your organization and tester setup.
Create an account
Choose Create account from the home page. Use an email address you control and a password you can keep securely. After sign-up, complete the setup screens. An existing account should use Sign in instead.
If you cannot sign in
Use the canonical address
Open https://psid.app/screens/acc-signin. Check the email spelling and password before retrying.
If you forgot the password
Password-reset email and sign-in links are not delivered in this release. Contact hello@psid.app for assistance. Do not send your password or session cookies.
If you return to setup
Finish the organization and printed-name setup. A signed-in account without its organization is directed to onboarding.
On a shared device
Use Sign out from the app when finished. Keep sensitive work out of shared browser profiles.
Account limits
Self-service team invitations, account deletion, billing and subscription management are not available. Contact support about account changes; do not create duplicate accounts to recover existing records.
