Prepare Spartanburg Water’s report
Psid can fill Spartanburg Water’s published PDF for RP, DC and PVB tests. Review and sign the printed form, then confirm the current return method with the utility; Psid does not send it.
Check the assembly
Choose Spartanburg Water on the site, then record an RP, DC or PVB test. Its published form lists DCDA, but Psid does not yet capture the bypass readings needed for a detector report. The form has no SVB choice. Keep those tests in the utility’s existing process.
Review and sign the packet
Complete the test, then open Review filing and download the PDF.
The filing freezes the values placed on Spartanburg Water’s published sheet. A downloaded or printed packet is not a submission.
Read the entire PDF before returning it.
Check the account and meter numbers, customer and assembly details, initial and after-repair readings, tester information, and any blank lines. Psid cannot verify that every value the utility expects was available in your record.
Arrange the tester and owner certifications on the form.
The printed form has separate tester and owner signature lines, plus an owner date. Psid leaves these lines blank. Do not assume a typed signature is accepted; confirm the utility’s current signing requirement.
Confirm the return method
Spartanburg Water’s published form says “Return to” its C&D Department at 301 South Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29306 and prints fax (864) 596-4927. The form and public program page do not describe a backflow filing portal. Confirm the current accepted return route and signature policy with Spartanburg Water before sending a real report.
Psid does not send the Spartanburg report or record its manual delivery. Keep your own proof of return and any utility response outside Psid. A frozen filing packet is not evidence that Spartanburg Water received or accepted it.
