Finding customers, sites and assemblies
Use search and the linked records to return to an assembly without entering it again.
Find the right record
Open search
Use the search control in the app header. Search by a customer name, address or assembly serial.
Confirm the site and serial
Open the result and check its customer, site and identifying details. Similar names can belong to different properties.
Continue from the record
Use Add site on a customer, Add device on a site, or Start test on an assembly. An existing draft offers Resume test.
Due dates and history
The Devices list offers due-date filters. An assembly’s history links to earlier tests and explains the next-due date. A passed test can advance that date; a failed or not-tested visit does not.
Check for an existing assembly before adding another. A duplicate serial warning is a prompt to review the existing record, not proof that two physical assemblies are the same.
