Psid fills backflow report PDFs for Greenville Water, Spartanburg Water, Easley Combined Utilities. Each supported program uses its own form, so coverage is listed per program. Review and sign your report, then submit it using the utility’s current process.

Source collected

The program’s official blank form is downloaded from its own public page and stored with a checksum, so a later change to the form is something we can see rather than guess at.

Mapped and rendered

Every field position is measured against the printed form, then checked in release tests with long and empty values across supported assembly types.

Published in the app

The template can be filled. Publishing means the render was checked against the printed form. It does not mean that program has reviewed Psid’s output — that is a separate step and it has not happened for any program.

Psid fills Greenville Water’s published backflow report and prepares copyable values for your filing packet. Check the portal’s current instructions and submit the report yourself, then record the confirmation in Psid. See the Greenville Water backflow report steps.

Spartanburg Water supports RP, DC and PVB reports. Its form has separate tester and owner signatures and directs return to its C&D Department. Check the current accepted method before sending it. See the Spartanburg steps or open the published blank form.

Easley Combined Utilities supports RP, DC and PVB reports. Its form has a tester signature line but does not name a submission method. Confirm the current route with the utility and keep delivery proof yourself. See the Easley steps or open the published blank form.

A collected source form is not a template you can fill. A published template means its PDF has been checked against the printed form, not that the utility accepted it. As of September 2026, Psid uses published blank forms for its three supported programs. No utility has reviewed or approved Psid-rendered output; confirm current requirements before filing.
