SkyEdge Technologies LLC operates Psid. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@psid.app. Psid is built for business users who record backflow tests and prepare utility forms.
Information we collect
We keep the name and email you use for an account, sign-in and session information, organization details, and the customer, service-site, assembly, tester, gauge, test, and filing records your organization enters. These records can include names, addresses, contact details, utility account numbers, test readings, certification details, typed signatures, and submission confirmations.
If your organization starts a subscription, we keep Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and billing status. Stripe hosts Checkout and the billing portal and handles payment details; Psid does not store full card numbers. We also receive ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser information, and error details, to operate and protect the service.
How we use and share it
We use this information to provide accounts, generate and preserve reports, enforce account roles, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and maintain the service. Cloudflare hosts the app and database; Stripe processes subscription payments and billing. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service. Psid does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Psid does not send your report or customer records to a utility. You decide whether and how to download, share, or submit a completed report.
How we protect it
Psid uses HTTPS for the website and account sessions to limit access to your organization's records. Cloudflare provides the hosting and database infrastructure; Stripe handles payment entry on its hosted pages. We limit application access by signed-in account and organization role. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact hello@psid.app.
Cookies and local drafts
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember limited interface preferences. Draft test readings can stay in your browser's local storage until you complete or clear them; a draft on one device is not synced to another device. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to see local drafts, so use a device you control.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and filing records while they are needed to provide Psid, and may retain some information afterward for accounting, security, dispute, or legal reasons. There is no self-service account deletion in this release. Email hello@psid.app to ask to access, correct, export, or delete information. We will verify the request and explain any records that must be kept. Clearing your browser's site data removes local drafts from that browser.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. The terms of service and refund policy describe paid subscriptions.
