Which utilities can I fill a form for today?
Three: Greenville Water, Spartanburg Water and Easley Combined Utilities. Greenville supports RP, DC, PVB and SVB reports. Spartanburg and Easley support RP, DC and PVB reports. Detector and visual test entry is not built.
Each template uses that program’s published blank form. No utility has reviewed or approved Psid-rendered output. Check the current requirements and signing instructions before filing.
What does it cost?
The first 14 days are free, with no card or per-filing fee. New organizations start when setup creates the organization; existing free accounts get 14 days from the trial launch. After the deadline, you can still access existing records and PDFs, but creating or changing records requires Solo.
Solo is $49 per month or $470 per year when paid enrollment is available. An account owner must choose the interval and complete Stripe Checkout to start it. The trial does not convert automatically; a chosen Solo subscription renews until canceled.
What about my crew and the office?
Each organization currently has one owner login. That owner can record tests, review the filing queue and record Greenville portal submissions. Team invitations and separate tester or office logins are not available yet; Solo does not add them.
An expired certification or an out-of-date gauge calibration holds a filing, judged against the test date. An override needs a reason and evidence, which Psid audits.
