Who we are and what Psid does
Psid is operated by SkyEdge Technologies LLC. It helps backflow testers keep customer, assembly, test, and filing records, and fill Greenville Water's published blank report. Psid does not submit a report to a utility, send customer notices, or guarantee that a utility will accept a report. You review the output, submit it yourself, and record the confirmation you receive.
Your account and records
Use accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in credentials, and add only records you are authorized to use. You are responsible for checking test readings, certifications, form fields, and the receiving program's requirements before filing. Keep copies of records you need for your own compliance and business purposes.
Solo subscriptions
An organization owner may choose an optional Solo subscription in Stripe Checkout. The price and billing period are shown before payment. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew annually. Stripe charges the selected payment method at the start of each period until the subscription is canceled. An existing free beta account is never charged merely because paid plans become available; its owner must complete Checkout. Charges may appear on your statement as SKYEDGE TECHNOLOGIES.
The subscription covers the capabilities described on Psid's current pricing page. Features marked as not built, additional utility templates, an offline sync service, and a specific number of tester seats are not part of this offer. The final amount charged is shown in Stripe Checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
The organization owner can cancel in Settings → Billing → Manage billing in Stripe. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep paid access until then. If the portal is unavailable, email hello@psid.app from your account email for help. Cancellation alone is not a refund request. See our refund policy for the 14-day request window.
Service changes and availability
Psid is still being developed. We may fix, change, or retire features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or acceptance of generated documents by a utility. If paid access ends, existing records and PDF downloads remain available under the current product behavior, although creating or changing records may require an active subscription.
