Record the test
Everything that does not change is already saved.
- Open the assembly from today’s list, a QR asset tag, or a search by serial.
- The customer, service site, assembly make and model, and your certification are already attached.
- Enter type-specific readings — RP, DC, PVB, SVB, AVB and air gap each ask for what they actually need.
- Or connect a supported Bluetooth differential gauge and confirm the values it sends.

Review the utility’s own form
Not a Psid report. Their sheet, filled.
- The official blank PDF the program publishes, with its original artwork untouched.
- Your answers placed in the mapped boxes, with long values and signatures fitted to fit.
- Every template is rendered against a fixture suite and reviewed before it is published.

File it and keep it
The record is the point.
- Confirm the route that program accepts — email, or a handoff to its own upload portal.
- Psid keeps the exact document sent, the channel, and the timestamp.
- Record the utility’s acceptance against the filing when it comes back.
- A bounced or unsent filing returns to a queue and retries, rather than disappearing.

No signal, no problem
Add Psid to your phone’s home screen and it keeps working in a basement mechanical room. Tests are held as drafts and sync when you are back in range. If the office changed the same record while you were under a building, Psid shows you both versions instead of picking one.
A queue between the truck and the utility
On Crew and Company, testers record and the office reviews. Expired certifications or an out-of-date gauge calibration hold a filing before it leaves, rather than after a program rejects it.
