Filing statuses and corrections
A completed test, a filing record and utility acceptance are separate events.
Read the status correctly
- Completed test
- Readings and the final result are saved. No submission has occurred.
- Filing record
- Psid freezes the report details and template version so the same PDF can be reproduced.
- Filed · utility pending
- Someone has recorded a submission and its confirmation number or explanation. This is not a utility acceptance response.
- No template yet
- The utility or assembly does not have a supported report template. Keep the record and use the utility’s current process.
- Credential block
- Review certification and calibration validity on the test date. An owner or office user must record both the reason and evidence for an override. An override does not renew a credential.
Correcting a mistake
Review the report before submitting it. Existing filings are frozen: changing the current customer, site or tester profile will not change that PDF. Do not record a confirmation for a submission you have not made.
If an already submitted report needs correction, follow the utility’s correction procedure and contact support about the Psid record. This release has no self-service replacement-filing workflow, receipt upload or utility acceptance integration.
